Let's just keep it to Blizzard games. Which one - game or expansions - is your favorite?
Unfortunately, no Blizzard game sates my taste currently. =/ Blizzard has burnt itself out with me.
I have admit, it is a toss up between WoW and D2. I didn't think Diablo 3 cut the muck to great. It had a good story, although, even though D3 hasn't had the chance yet, I think D2's expansion - Lord of Destruction - brought richness to the Diablo 2 story. I'd still say WoW but do love my Diablo 2 playing days.
Well, I've been playing WoW, but on my own terms (no PvP, no raids, no group dungeons) for a few years now and enjoy it. I like having lots of alts (18 in total at the moment) on both Horde and Alliance and exploring all the different regions, learning to craft things and speculating in auctions.
The only thing I regret is that I am stuck with EU servers and the EU RP server I tried (Darkmoon Fair) was a great disappointment. The role playing was childish and it ended up with my 19-year-old guild master wanting to adult role play with me - and I am old enough to be his grandmother - yawn! I ended up deleting all my characters there and starting from scratch on two ordinary servers.
When I signed up to WoW for a year in advance, this gave me a nice mount for all my alts, I was also given access to the test server for Pandaria and to a new game called Diablo.
I am not bothering with Pandaria, because the test server has terrible lag and I was too frustrated to continue.
The Diablo game looks like a really primitive arcade game on an old computer. The graphics are crap and all you seem to do on it is jump around and shoot at things. I looked at it for about 10 minutes and got really bored so have not bothered any more with it.
Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne is probably my all time favorite blizzard game. I've spent a lot of time playing multiplayer matches.
I've also spent a lot of time playing WoW, although I don't spend much time on MMOs anymore.
Blizzard has made some great games, hopefully they will continue to do so for a long time!
I thoroughly enjoyed Warcraft 3 for its Orc campaign, but I wanted to play a lot more of it. Shame the expansion, The Frozen Throne, didn't live up to that. However, other than that, the only Blizzard title I've played is WoW. I'm hoping to give Diablo 2 a shot on the Playstation 1.
You're going to get a lot of disagreement on this thread I think!
WOW - as someone whose played RPG games my whole life I'm not a big fan of the WOW type game - sure the graphics look brilliant, but it's simply not truly representative of what an RPG should be.
Diablo franchise - D1 and D2 were brilliant at the time of publication and still are decent today. D3 - well I think you have to understand the concept of this type of game - it's not about the graphics or sound (which aren't that bad if you really take a deep look at them) - it's more about the addiction, the randomness and the 'just one more level before I sleep' effect. Finding that special unique item that perhaps only a dozen people have in the world is also a buzz! I know a lot of people are really dissapointed, but then there are millions who are truly happy - so it comes down to preference.
Warcraft: Orcs & Humans - was a very good real time strategy game similar to the command and conquer series but also building on the tabletop game Warcraft. It was a very good game.
Battle Chess - a great chess game with fun graphics - gotta be a geek to love it I guess.
Star Craft - another excellent RTS game.
I could go on and on and probably should do a hub about it.
My favorite - probably D2 as it introduced so many gaming elements that are prevalent in today's gaming world - it was one of the first to have the ability to play with friends over a local network and was one of the most addictive games of all time. For the time the graphics and sound were excellent.
Being a RTS fan my 2 favorite are starcraft 2 and warcraft 3 frozen throne.
The balance in starcraft 2 between the race still impress me for a game that been out only 1.5 year. It took awhile for the first starcraft and broodwar to have that level of balance.
Diablo 2 and its expansion Lords of Destruction are by far my favorite Blizz games. I was upset when Diablo 3 came out, it wasn't what I was looking for personally. Luckily, I still have trusty Diablo 2!
World of Warcraft even though i don't play it much anymore.
They won't make games like that again.

Blizzard Entertainment knew Diablo III would be a hit, and they could also see it as "an unworthy attempt of a sequel" (dubbed by some players). The franchise has been a must-have for any RPG gamer who's looking for a bit of HeXeN thrown into their top-down fantasy game. But what do you...

I was playing my MMORPG games like Ran Online. Then I have also a Private Server of that game. Pretty good to play cause I play this game almost a year. and I was developing new customized armor and weapons. So how about you? What do you play when you are in front of your computer?

We all have those video game accomplishments that we cherish. Maybe it was dominating your local arcade's Street Fighter II machine for an entire summer. Maybe it was finally beating that Genesis title, and watching the end cinematic roll at 2 a.m. Maybe it wasn't a game so much as that time you...

If I had to choose my favorite of all time, weighing in classics, new graphics and what not, I would choose Super Mario World. I love the classics and I love Mario.
