Finding Yourself In Life

Have you ever felt that you are lost in your own body? Have you ever wondered why you are even here on earth and what is your purpose to be here?

These are questions that so many people wonder about themselves. It is not a good feeling and really brings depression on quite quickly.

There were many times I wondered those same questions, but I knew I was brought into this world for a reason and I knew I had to figure what that reason was. I was blessed to have two wonderful, loving, caring parents that brought me up in the way parents should.

Now that they are both gone to their new life in Heaven, I often wonder if I really thanked them for bring me up in this world and raising me to be the man I am today.

Many of us don't have much confidence in ourselves and that could bring us to wondering why we are here. Maybe it was because you as a child never received any praise for something you did that was great or just something in general done well, or never rewarded for any good deeds or for just being a great and loving person to all.

When we are children and think we had done something pretty cool or have done well in school or whatever it may be, we kind of hope to be acknowledged by our good deeds.  Many people, even though they do something worth being praised for, no one gives that uplift or compliment to their spirits.  This then leads to the person thinking, "am I worth anything at all to anyone"?

Giving compliments to our children or anyone for that matter makes that person feel as if what they did means something special to someone else.

Finding yourself in life is all up to the individual and if this individual chooses to continue to look down at them self then they should really seek some professional help to maybe get them out of this slump of no confidence, no love for them self and lack of self esteem.

You must create a name for yourself and make a point to make a mark in this world so that you will be remember by all.

Anyone can accomplish and make a name for them self, but it won't happen if we just sit around a think down of ourselves and wonder why we are here and feeling sorry for ourselves.

Make a point to tell the world just why you are here. Start feeling like you are just as important as the next person and no one is better than you. Build up that self esteem and start to respect and love your self and you will see why you are really here.

Keep thinking that you are here to make a mark on this world in one way or another and to be remembered as a great and loving person when we are gone.

You can create and mold yourself into anything you want in life if you are willing to work at it.
