When you finish with part one you can continue reading this, so let's start.
Salt
Salt can always serve as a mean for also purifying vegetables while washing them to get the bacteria off of them ( vinegar can be also used to purify and clean vegetables)
The good part is that anyone can buy salt, it's not expensive, it's found everywhere, not harmful and it's totally healthy!
You can mix it with your toothpaste or just mix it with lemon and dip the brush into it then start brushing your teeth with it, make sure not to put too much lemon though as lemon is acidic and the use of it could be only helpful to remove harsh stains.
Let's say you used one tablespoon, only squeeze one or maximum two little drops of lemon with it.
Baking Soda Or Sodium Bicarbonate
Not only you can use this cheap and strong material to clean sinks and bathrooms,it is used in making cakes and some other sweets, and also used in swimming pools sometimes.
All dentists recommend the use of Sodium bicarbonate ( scientific name) to put on your brush and brush your teeth with, Sodium Bicarbonate has a strong ability to remove all stains stuck on teeth thus keeping your teeth clean and shiny, you will notice how white your teeth will be after using this material in just one week.
It is recommended that you do not exceed using this more than once within a two days period to avoid ruining your teeth's enamel so be patient!
Put half or one tablespoon of sodium bicarbonate in a small plate and mix that with about 2 drops of water or lemon then dip your brush into the small plate and start brushing your teeth gently! Don't brush them for a period exceeding 2 minutes.
Whitening Gel
This process is the strongest of all, it gives faster and stronger results and along with that let's not forget that it could really be painful especially of you miss applying that and if you apply it on the wrong areas -gums- also if you apply bigger quantities of it.
Let's assume you're one of the people who'd like to use this method, first I cannot really recommend you do that without a medical advice since your teeth would have a specific color shade and number and also the dentist will recommend you a specific type and percentage of concentration of the major active agent in the gel which would possibly be the " Peroxide" the higher its percentage the more your teeth could be whiter but without protection and with pain.
What I personally used was a Contrast Pm+ brand with 36% of concentration of Peroxide, that's what my dentist recommended me, I bought two boxes of that for 300$ each box comes with four tubes so in overall, I've got 8 tubes in hand. I did not use the two boxes though because I really got sick of this treatment process, I used to experience a lot of pain at night and it just didn't let me sleep, I told my dentist about this issue and he recommended me to use a gel that can reduce and prevent this pain, I don't remember what was the name of this gel exactly but there are plenty of good brands in pharmacies.
The gel helped in reducing the pain as it contained Fluoride which is a substance responsible for protecting teeth against bacteria, pain and many others, fluoride can be also found in green tea and some other drinks and foods as well.
The dentist recommended me to put that gel 3 times a day, each time for 1 hour then I have to wait at least 2 hours to put it for the second time and so on but for me this was not the case because I couldn't handle the pain so I only used it for one time daily for about 1 month and after I finished with the treatment I had to wait another one month and prevent myself from eating or drinking some foods and drinks such as coffee, black tea, Pepsi, Cocacola, Blueberries,Chocolate, also avoid eating acidic foods because Peroxide would be already opening the pores of your teeth and thus leaving them without protection, acidic foods can really ruin your teeth and make you experience much more pain so please get a dental help if you want to use this as your whitening method because it's serious and if you don't use it properly then you might really lose your teeth forever! So save yourself the trouble and visit a dentist for this process.
Quit Smoking
If you're a smoker, you should totally quit smoking if you are planning to get white and shiny teeth and if it's really hard for you to quit then just reduce the intakes of it, like let's say you smoke 4 cigarettes daily, try to smoke one cigarette once every 3 days but it's totally better if you just stop it for good at least during the whitening process and period for a better result.
