What is high blood pressure? High blood pressure is a health condition which is caused by the narrowing or contraction of the small blood tubes or capillaries all through the body system, which turns out to put extra pressure on the human heart in order for it to be able to pump blood through the capillaries. 3. Diet: Following a strict suitable diet combined with exercise and enough sleep will go al long way in aiding one to naturally get rid of high blood pressure. When one sticks to a diet plan that is mainly made up of fresh fruits and vegetables, minimal proteins and almost zero beef, chicken or pork consumption, the blood coagulation gradually reduces leading to the blood pressure being lowered. Including garlic in one’s diet will also aid to a great extent in curing high blood pressure because it has properties which are capable of reducing the spasms of the capillaries, slowing the rate of the pulse and also improving the rhythm of one’s heart beat.
