Mankind would die out ..men wouldnt stand the pain of childbirth ,they moan when they catch cold !!
The amount of men cheating would go down, as would non payments of child support all over the world. Birth rates would go down to though, while men pretend to be all big and bad, there is no way the could handle those nine months let alone the actual birthing process.
Women would have another reason to complain. All they would do is whine throughout the whole nine months. Men may be tough, but not near as tough as women were designed to be.
The world would be less populated. Especially if the baby came out of the same reproductive parts we now have!!!
Nothing would change if women could still have kids, besides the fact that each man would give birth once... and once only!
However if it were only men that could have kids... each child would be an only child and eventually the human race would die out!
