In addition to Adamowen's comment... A counselor would help too... or even an eating disorder group. Anorexia is fairly common or more so because of publicity about the disorder. Anorexia is a symptom of underlying issues, such as depression. It is also a form of suicide. If you are asking for help then you are on the right track to recovery. Everyday of your life is valuable and despite the feelings that you feel, you are worth the effort to live. People around you love and care for you even if they do not express it or say it. You are the key... I use a little chant when I face things I fear... I am worth it, I am worth it, I am worth it... and I repeat it ten times in my head... sometimes I repeat it 100 times... but in doing so I find the strength to move forward. You must find the strength to move forward and find help...but you are worth it.
