so, the first question that comes to mind is why will this way be different for me?

This is the beginning of a new path for trying to lose weight. I have got to find a way to lose weight before I choose to go the surgical route. will it work if I track myself? turn it into a project? talk about it daily? see my habits in print? open it up for others to see and respond to? we will see.
