21. I was old enough to know, and young enough not to care. You're an adult, still young, have your whole life ahead of you, the world is your oyster... 21 was a good age!
I would be 24 all over again. It's young enough to be silly and have fun but old enough not to be considered a child. I would make some life changes knowing what I know now too.
