    Seeing a ripped and shredded person (male or female) but a female is more impressive being that its easier for a man to get there, is always motivating. Not huge body building types, because that is misleading people into thinking they can acquire that naturally, but just a lean, muscular athlete. Definitely should have them posted.

    Yes I do agree with you, we have to special care of our body to to be fit and healthy life. I've seen many people this doesn't care about their bodies and eventually the become victim of many diseases.
