I've been to Yoga Journal online and they have a great array of poses and instruction that comes with them but If anyone knows of any other resources to mix up my home practice I'd love to hear it.
You can buy heaps of dvds on yoga I have about ten of them The best one by far is geriyoga yes Geri from the spice girls it pretty easy to do you have just practise regually and take it at your own pace .good luck with it
