Safe Weight Loss for a Breastfeeding Mom

    With all the weight loss programs out there, I have not found something that says "it's safe for a breastfeeding mom"... I have some problems with my weight. I was actually slim (around 47 to 50 kilos) before I got pregnant. However, after giving birth to my second child, I now weigh 89 kilos... So sad to think that I have taken measures to loss some kilos but I end up adding some weight each time I step on a weighing scale. Anyway, my baby is now 8 months old and I am breastfeeding her... Please help...

    Are you getting exercise?  Taking the baby for a daily walk helps.

      Thanks for the suggestion. I actually have not tried walking with mg baby as I am very busy on work...

        Well, regardless of what you do it is going to need to involve exercise.
