How to achieve good fitness level?

    well i am doing job plus i am a student
    so i don't have much time for physical exercise can any one help me what should i do??

      Good eating habit, walking may be to your school/college or work, active lifestyle, a positive attitude toward life and world as a whole.....will sure lead you to achieve good fitness level. Proper sleep, water intake, and 20 to 30 mins simple stretching exercise if possible is also helpful. Best wishes
