People are more concerned with their own health rather than the health of their marriage. If a doctor tells them to take care of themselves in order to live a long and healthy life, they are willing to change and stop their bad habits. But if they are told to take care of their marriage in order to have a long and healthy life together, they aren't willing to change and stop their bad habits.
A marriage is different. Most spouses were not taught the importance or the techniques of growing your marriage while they were children. When you try to fix your marriage most spouses try to fix their mate. Not themselves.
How many of you have had an affair?
It sure is easier to find another partner than look at what you need to do, to fix, or nurture what you have committed yourself to in marriage. It's easy to blame another for your short comings. It's hard to stand up and accept blame your actions.
Due the bad habits like alcohol, smoking, etc fertility problem also increases as they are not marrying at the correct time of age.
There are many home remedies to increase fertility. Eat organic foods! Food that is not organic contain pesticides/hormones that interfere with your hormones/cycle. Royal jelly, chlorella, vitamin B6 and organic evening primrose oil can increase your fertility. If you are considering herbs, I would find an herbalist/acupuncturist. Herbs can be very confusing and herbs that we hear a lot about like Vitex do not work for every woman.
It is good to know that both man and woman are concerned with their health very much. But they should also interest in fertility terms. If you want to ask more questions, you can ask at http://www.sofatinfertility.com. It is good place for helping you and make you aware about small things, which are essential for life.
