I have suffered from Degenerative Knee Disease for years, and for years i was on narcotics. Months ago i ran across an alternative online called Kratom. I order it from Shamans garden. Since i have been using it i havnt had to take one pain pill.
I have the same thing except in my right wrist and it is starting to develop in my left. For the most part if I take 750mg Naproxin and 250mg of Ibuprofin it takes the edge off. Kmackey32's remedy sounds alot better. I will check that out myself aswell.
Cheers!
