You can follow my plan to become thin on my hubs. Just read them and follow the plan as i´m doing.
There seems to be only one truely reliable way to become thin and this approach has only two simple rules so even someone as dense as I am can follow it.
Rule 1: Eat less.
Rule 2: Be more active.
Change of diet habit after consulting your physician and develop a daily walking habit can surely help you to be slim.
I am now at my late 30's and have suffered mentally a lot thinking all the time about the extra weight (about 5 kg)that I had developed a year ago. I, without skipping my meal though made some changes my traditional eating habits, started adopting daily walking habit. No fast jogging, no less eating, but walked about 3 miles a day starting from half a mile at the begining. Within the next three months, I found a dramatic change in my body. My waste reduced to 32" from 34".
check my hub to see how I am becoming thin. Anyone can do it if you really want too.
