    I wish I had the foresight to pick through all of the terrible weight loss solutions out there.

    To be perfectly honest, they'll tell you to eat less and exercise more, but you want to increase the rate at which you burn fat even when at rest then you should take the time to build up your skeletal muscle. Even a five to ten pound increase in muscle mass can greatly improve the amount of calories you burn at rest, and this should translate into much faster fat loss. Hope this helps.

    the correct exercises that are efficient to losing weight.  There are actual exercises that not only build you strength, but allow you to rid yourself of toxins and unwanted fat.  Leaving you with a fabulous shape as well as a healthy system.

    Loose ur weight but not health,health is more important
    You always have to choose a healthy weight loss method
    Taking pills,over night excersise is not good for health

    Weight loss does not last for the duration of the written or read diet but requires a lifestyle change for the long term.  That bit of knowledge would prevent anyone from swaying from one diet and keep trying others. The basic rule is to exercise and reduce calories on a consistent basis no matter what the special occasion for which you are seeking to lose weight for.  No matter what the name of the weight loss plan or what celebrity promotes it, the plan will not work if you do not diet and exercise for the long term.

      Also if one weight loss plan works for one person, it may not necessarily work for you.
