    Yawning. It sums up how I often feel and at the same time, gives a great work-out to the lower jaw and neck..

    I love kegel exercises, it strengthens the pelvic muscles and is great for both men and women.

    I go to a rehab gym 3x a week since I had a minor stroke on August 10th. I love it. I think my favorite exercise I do there is probably the water exercises in the pool. It is low impact but gives you quite a work out! when I work out in the gym on the equipment I work out for 1h 45 m, Compared to only 45 min in the pool to do the same things!

    I like bodybuilding workouts and do for one muscle group one day. Go to gym 5 days a week and my favorite workouts are Dead lifts for back muscle groups and barbell curls for biceps.
