    Tips on how to wake up quickly instead of continuing to hit the snooze button!

    I feel sluggish in the morning even after a good nights sleep it takes me a little while to wake up when my alarm goes off, I'm prone to hitting the snooze button several times! How can I wake up easier?

    Get yourself a dawn simulating alarm clock that awakens you with light, and use it in conjunction with a clock radio alarm.  Works for me!

    well.. what i do is set my clock 1 hour ahead... lets say you have to get up at 8. your sleeping and all of a sudden the alarm goes off...well  your brain (because you just woke up) is thinking that your late. so you would wake up and get out of bed with easiness.

    kinda complicated and i don't know if you can understand what i am trying to say


    or just set the alarm on the other side of the room. (that way in order to press snooze you have to get up, and by then your already up)
