    Go to bed cheerful at night. That may be hard to do, but, it is the easiest way to wake up cheerful.

    Bloody good question! But from exp. it is different for everyone,
    so maybe do some reading & experiment with the ways ya feel most drawn to.

    Getting enough sleep will greatly increase your chances of waking up cheerful.

    Having something to look forward to each day also helps.

    Drink lots of coffee before bed and when you wake up drink more. Coffee!!!

    I joined the choir at my church. The songs from the christmas cantata are playing in my head and heart...all morning and all day.

    don't entertain foolishness and your mornings will always be great!  Once you have pesty people in your life and allow foolishness to roam around you,  You will have more than terrible mornings!
