I would suggest asking yourself, 'What will make me happy, how to achieve it'. A honest self-audit will help you find answers to resolve your sources of unhappiness and taking action (research) will help you find solutions. Good luck

You may need one more personalized for you based on what thoughts you are having that contribute to your depression and anxiety. Cognitive behavioral therapy might also help.
