    What you'll need:

1 cinnamon stick;  3-4 whole cloves; 2 cups of water 1 1/2 tablespoons of molasses; 2 shots of whiskey; 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.

Place the cinnamon, cloves and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat.  Let boil for three minutes or so.  Remove the pan from the stove and mix in the molasses, whiskey and lemon juice.  Cover the pan and let mixture sit for about 20 minutes.  Drink 1/2 cup of the mixture every 3-4 hours, heating the liquid up again before drinking.  You be back to feeling great in no time!

hibernation vacation! Induced with 2 or 3 days of oregano oil, vitamin C, and lots of fluids, including chamomile, peppermint, or ginger and lemon tea; hot baths with Eucalyptus oil (2 or 3 drops) and tea tree oil (2 or 3 drops), lots of sleep and rockaberry natural cough drops. Sleep in cozy flannels, watch fav "feel good" movies. If headaches and fever are gone, proceed with mild exercise to move phlegm along, followed by previous mentioned induction.
