Recovery time for endoscopic carpal tunnel surgery
I had endoscopic carpal tunnel release surgery Dec. 11th. the Dr. told me that I could play recreational volleyball after a month or so, which I did. Now 8 weeks later, I still have some pain and soreness while playing (1 or 2x a week). Should this till be sore, or shouldn't I have played after only a month post surgery?

What is usually done to help pain of carpal tunnel syndrome in hands and finger? Is this always bad.Please elaborate as to your experience and friends pain management!

Has anyone had the operation for carpal tunnel syndrome? How long does it take to recover and...what is your experience? I had cortisone injections and this made the problem worse.
