Recovery time for endoscopic carpal tunnel surgery
I had endoscopic carpal tunnel release surgery Dec. 11th. the Dr. told me that I could play recreational volleyball after a month or so, which I did. Now 8 weeks later, I still have some pain and soreness while playing (1 or 2x a week). Should this till be sore, or shouldn't I have played after only a month post surgery?
