    Weight loss problems? Exercise and diet are the crucial factors to help lose weight. Even if you eat healthy food, excessive amounts can lead to build up of fat. Make sure you also drink lots of water and eat food slowly and in small amounts. Reduce snacking.

    Exercise is also important. Whether it be walking to school/college/work/etc or in a gym, it is the best way to lose weight.
