    I think it is best to take every day so that it is in your system.  The best time to take it is 30 minutes before breakfast and 30 minutes before workout.
    On days you don't workout, just take serving before breakfast and another serving before lunch.
    If you want to save money, you could reduce the serving size on your days off.
