I wish every day but my minimum goal is 3 times a week with cardio always included. I try to do core everyday.
I am working up to cardio and core daily.
I exercise about 3 days a weeks. Right now i am focusing on weight lifting, so my workouts may last up to 2 hours long. When i reach my goals, i will turn my focus towards more cardio.
