    everytime I smoke I get a migraine headache. I was exsposed to carbon monoxide poisoning 3 years...

    ago and ever since then when I smoke i get around the clock migraines 24/7. Every check on my head has been negative. I want to quit, will this help the headaches? Please help me, in so much pain

    Try checking blood pressure/sugar, diabetics and stroke victims report this alot. failing those try relaxing face muscles, as a habit persistent squinting and eye strain are worse for smokers.(I smoke as well)

    Have you ever heard the old doctor joke that starts off with a patient telling the doctor that every time they do "something" it hurts?  And then the doctor says "well, don't do that!

    In your case, it's true.

    If you've seen a doctor and there are no other health issues, and smoking triggers migraines, by all means STOP SMOKING!
