How to work through procrastination for a chronic procrastinator
Do this right now,get a pad of paper and a pencil or pen. Write a list of 10 things that you want to accomplish this week. Prioritize them by time table and importance. Set the list some where you will come across it. Every time you accomplish a task cross it off. Next week make a new list.
