    Clean up your diet but don't starve yourself.  You can still have treats but remember that they are treats, not everyday snacks.  The most important thing is to do regular exercise.  That means 30 minutes a day, be it walking or something more intense - but exercise is the key.

    My basic principles of weight loss
    1. Do not eat 4 hours before bedtime.
    2. Lunch in any case.
    3. Exclude from the diet mayonnaise, sugar, white bread, buns
    4. Stop drinking sugary drinks like pop
    5. Sports 4-5 times a week
    6. Pass 4-5 km per day
    7. Not starve
