Gather the memoirs of your relationship, good or bad, shelve, then move on. When you find yourself not moving fast, don't be bothered. You're on adjustment period. Don't force yourself to see what's up. God knows when to give what is due to you. Remember, you're still young. Be good and everything will be fine. I did just that!
You just can't let it slow you down, you still have a whole life to live and i know that no one that was with a person would want them to stay sad about them after they pass, otherwise they would have never been with the person. So just live your life while you're still young.
That its ok to mourn your loss, take your time with it, cry, let it out but remember you are still here. You still have your life to live no matter how painful it is to do it alone. It's ok to laugh too! Smile. Take care of yourself. You deserve it! Focus on the positive! Give and receive hugs.
