You family,. Get active. What can you do each day that is different and can make a positive impact on your life, etc?
You can start by learning how to avoid such situations, when you are focused and pay attention to warning signs you will know how to avoid "suffering". Who wants to feel pain when you know how it feels as well as have been forewarned. Placing yourself around good people is always good medicine, whether you are suffering or not. I know it can be hard to find good people, so learn to enjoy your own company if that is the best you can do.

Bond with your family,. Create a "You" day,.. be around positive people, sometimes crying depending on what your situation is. Realize you do not have to suffer, talk to people you care about.Have a great day...
