Muscle is presumably the kind of weight you want to gain. To build muscle you need protein and resistance exercise. If its just fat you want, doughnuts should do the trick :-)
I guess something similar to what bodybuilders use, but with high carbohydrate too. So maybe try whey protein/carbohydrate for a supplement?
Other than this, I'd recommend a balance in favour of high protein fish and meats with carbohydrates such as bread, pasta and rice. Milk is also a great source of protein and essential fats. Vegetables and fruit will provide the fibre to keep your digestion ticking along, so don't forget those either.
This is a basic idea, it's just the usual story of a balanced diet - but in this case weight it slightly toward the carbohydrates and proteins (energy foods).
Just don't go buying two dozen krispy kreams.
The mixer of carbohydrate and protein will helps you to gain your weight so you have to take daily. For more detail visit- http://www.primofit.co.uk/Protein_Powders
