    It's vital in that it keeps all negativity from stopping your confidence zone. Things great and great things happens.

    very important..+ve attitude not only help in maintaining good health but also fast recovery when one gets sicks..it works wonders...

    From personal experience, all I can say is: exceedingly.

    I was in the hospital for two days after an extensive brain surgery because I had the will and the positive attitude needed to get out of the hospital. The girl in my room the second day had been there for nine days already and was in for depression, which I have, but don't let rule my life.

    In my experience the psyche has the power to at least dull the greatest of pains, or to make them worse.

    Absolutely vital.  The mind is a powerful thing.  It has been said that a healthy body makes a healthy mind.  The reverse is also true.  In fact Chinese medicine makes no distinction between mind and body...they're inextricably linked.

    As long as you're not deathly ill, you can think positive thoughts and lessen your illness quite a bit.

    Positive attitude is very important in maintaining good health, because it affects our immune system. And, depending on the our immune system our health status will be good or no good.

    Being Positive is the best thing anyone can have in maintaining good health. don't fool yourself in getting advice from the depression line as that is negitive.
