Whats the safest amount or weight you can lose in one week?
It is generally thought that a weight loss of around 2-3lbs a week is the safest and best amount to loose in a week. Nutritionists say that a small amount each week is easier to keep off. Hope this helps.
It depends on you body type etc. If your more than 50lbs overweight perhaps weight loss surgery maybe an option. Especially if you have been struggling with your weight and health.
it just depends on how much they weigh.
if they are bigger they can lose up to 5lbs. a week,bacause they have more to lose.But if they are smaller they will lose 2-3.but the safest amount is probably 7.that would be a 1lb. a day.
