    Run as much as you can. Its simple, you need to maintain
    Calorie Burnt / Calorie Intake ratio. At first your body metabolism rate will be slow but if you continue your efforts daily, I am pretty sure that your body's metabolism rate will increase and starts burning calories even when you are at work. you will loose weight and be in shape.Going on a diet is a bad idea. This is the safe and best way. I am not even suggesting any work out. Just run as much as you can .

    Unless your weight gain has been short term, there there are no short cuts to changing your lifestyle. Creating healthy habits take time. By making these lifestyle changes, you should not expect to lose more than a pound or two on average. So, if you have 20 pounds to lose, give your body 10 to 20 Weeks for the change. That's not quick, but likely to be long term and healthy for you and your family.
