At first your body metabolism rate will be slow but if you continue your efforts daily, I am pretty sure that your body's metabolism rate will increase and starts burning calories even when you are at work. you will loose weight and be in shape.Going on a diet is a bad idea. This is the safe and best way. I am not even suggesting any work out. Just run as much as you can .
