Have you ever heard of Hakomi therapy?
They are based on mindfulness also.
No, I must admit I've never before heard of Hakomi therapy, but I've been practicing Reiki for similar purposes (identification, location and healing of the trauma clusters) and there is an author, a therapist whose ideas about the body-mind connection (or what he called "body armor") changed the way I understood human psychology - Wilhelm Reich, who is now almost entirely forgotten. I've loosely used his techniques on 2 occasions when I experienced some sort of very intense "spontaneous healing", and I've been fascinated with trauma therapy ever since...always meant to write a hub about it...I would like to learn more about Hakomi therapy
