   I recently discovered it. To be happy with your own company is the best way to be happy. As long as you seek happiness " out there" you will be disillusioned and miserable. Your search for happiness will never end. You will be running like the musk deer runs looking for the fragrance all the while its own body is emanating the fragrance. Just learn to enjoy your own company and you will be the happiest person on this world.

   I agree with u, Monaz. This is a very simple way yet difficult to do. Just be happy! What a straightforward answer! Many people know this key but very little people can do it! However, one must feel happy and contented to what he/she has now, then that's happiness. Be happy everyone.....

   the secret to happiness in my opinion is to do the things that make you happy, things you enjoy doing by yourself. doing things by yourself means, finding who you really are and you dont have to worry about letting yourself down. surround yourself with good positive people that you dont have to pretend around who arent negative because theyll just weigh you down. always try to find the brighter side of things, if there is know brighter side then realize thats a part of life then move on from it. pretty much, happiness isnt anything you can learn its a lifestyle and as we grow we learn from our past and we get a little closer to being happy... at least thats the way I think it goes lol.

   I believe everyone is different in finding what makes them truely happy. This subject has been on my mind for quite awhile.
