Can you get really sick if you don't drink any water for a month?
Well, if you have no water intake, it's worse than that. You'd die in just a few days. The bottom line is that one of the keys to good health is getting enough water.
(I know this is terrible, the line comes to mind, "It's worse than that, He's dead, Jim!")
Yeah,of course.I will feel uncomfortable if I have't drink any water for a day.Let alone a month.
If humans don't ingest any new fluids (water or other beverages) or via liquid in foods, then dehydration only takes a matter of a few days.
When you study first aid, or camping survival, the saying goes "three minutes without air, three days without water, three weeks without food."
If anyone does not get any liquid, one month is very large period, before that he/she will fell sick.

What negative effects can not drinking water daily have on the human body?We all know that drinking water can have positive effects on the human body... but what about those who never drink water and drink mostly things like juice and soda pop daily? What are the short term and long term...
