Besides being a stimulant which can cause you so loose sleep, caffeine also causes you to loose calcium, This can lead to what people refer to as indigestion or even bone loss.
well...caffeine has some negative effects which is :
- you throw more water from your body than absorb the volume of water you drink..
- can cause you loose sleep..
- for pregnant woman it increase the risk to born the baby with low weight and also can cause damage on the embryo
- can barrier the grow of the memory and on the end can cause you loose your memory..
- caffeine can be a poison for brain cell,
- can cause bigger risk for hard attack if you consume 5-6 cup /day
- can reduce a lot energy on your body..
.... causes/side effects (when taken moderately) are
> anxiety
> blurred vision
> increase or decreased hunger
> insomnia
> nausea
Well different types of caffeinated drinks have different affects. Dark colored sodas give me some bad digestive issues and I have found that large amounts of caffeinated tea make my breasts lumpy and painful and I am not trying to be personal just passing the info as I went to the doctor freaking out. Soon after I stopped drinking tea voila.
