Is having every meal highly spiced bad for your digestive system?
I'm not just asking about the chilly peppers?
Although excess of anything is not really good, Spices are generally quite helpful for our body. Many of them can aid your digestive system and blood circulation. Ginger, cumin ,turmeric, cardamom, mustard all have medicinal properties.
Yes,having every meal highly spiced is very bad for digestive system.Even one should not take any meal with very high spices.Taking this type of meals in long run may cause peptic ulcer.
It is actually healthy for you, unless you are adding an immense amount of spice.
