Thanks for the question! I'm training for the Marine Corp Marathon on 10/10/10 in Washington, DC. Right now, I'm following an intermediate training program from running great Hal Higdon so I'm averaging 25-30 miles a week. That's going to increase as the longer runs (18-21 miles per run) build up on the weekends. How 'bout you?
Last year I was averaging about 12, more in the spring when I was preparing for the area walk/runs and a couple of marathons. As of today, I haven't done any running in six months and won't be able to until after baby is born in November.
In addition to my P90X routine I run 5 miles 3 times a week. Occasionally a little more sometimes a little less if I end up doing a double session on my cardio days.
I don't log miles, but on an average week, I run an hour and a half every other day and weights with pilates or weights with yoga to maintain flexibiltity on the other days, sparratically. But it varies.
