Morning sickness is bad. how to cope up with this as nothing seems to work .been consuming a lot of citrus stuff, ginger ale, crackers, and trying to keep away from medicinal treatment.

4 1/2 months pregnant; What is a good remedy for morning sickness that seems lasts all day?All day Nausea and vomiting and this is the second trimester, it was suppose to end a month ago. Any one else had this issue in the pass? Ginger, mint or lemon does not help. I even throw up water. Help?
