A lot of research is showing that eating more organic raw fruits and vegetables is a big help.  They're packed full of natural antioxidants and help to detoxify the body of things that can ultimately lead to degenerative diseases.

Hello, there are quite a number of things you can do for yourself to reduce the risk of cancer.  Nutritionally taking 200mcg per day of selenium can reduce your risk of cancer by up to 70%.  Essiac also has an amazing history together with flaxseed oil for reducing the risk of cancer.  You may also like to visit the website of QBiotics which is developing a natural cure from a seed which when ground up and injected into a tumour results in the tumour disappearing almost entirely overnight.

We cannot ignore the emotional aspect behind any illness. Any pent up emotions of anger towards oneself others especially one's parents need to be resolved. A healthy diet and lifestyle also go hand in hand.
