For me, it would be based on the food we eat and lifestyle. Taking care of oneself is very important as well to prevent cancer or any diseases. A lot of prayer would be anther way.

Does anyone know if you can use frozen fruits and vegetables in a juicer?Would putting frozen fruits and veggies in a juicer hurt the motor (specifically a centrifugal juicer). I'm really just curious, fresh fruits and veggies is obviously better for you.
