I am learning. I need a new way to relax and focus, I believe meditation will help me do this.
Meditation is one of the best way to relax and enhance your concentration and will power. I have not meditated but will start doing so very shortly as I planning to use meditation to decrease stress levels.
When you do it at the right times it's magic. I never have a problem falling asleep because of it. It's true peace!!
I tried traditional meditation and it didn't work for me. So a friend suggested active meditation, which I've been doing for a while now and I get a lot from it. Would recommend.
