How can you change your brain?
Let's say you are anxious. How can you quickly and easily become confident in yourself?
You know the saying, "you are what you eat". Your brain functions are also changed by what you eat. It is proven that eating foods that are high in nutrients, antioxidants, and omega 3 fatty acids are going to change your brain. I see the difference in my own life when I do not take my fish oil, vitamins, or simply eat the wrong foods. Blueberries have greatly help improve my memory and the fish oil helps me to focus better.
May be you can't change your brain, you can change the way you think, percieve act and behave by changing your thoughts and change your life..
