Strange loose sound in my neck or lower back. Not exactly clicking Help!
This is really hard to explain but I want find out whats wrong. When I spread my arms out and my shoulder blades come together I hear a loose sound in neck or upper back(not sure which). There is no pain, but I hear this might be cervical misalignment. I think I am the only one who can hear it though. Its not really a clicking sound but a "Loose" sound. I think I may have got this from mediocre posture or shoulder pressing exercise(maybe both or some unknown reason) I don't know. I am scared though cause I don't know whats going on.
(UPPER BACK, sorry for the mistake that was said in the question.
Sounds like cartilage in neck, spinal area, wearing down. This happens with age and you should talk to your doctor about it.
