    This is the age when physical, mental, motor and every other form of growth is at peak so children should be engaged in activities where all of their senses and body is involved.
    Games like cricket, and soccer would not only help in their physical development but in mental too.

    1. Gymnastics - the king of all sports

    2. Athletic - running is healthful.
