    How do you deal with stress?

    Everybody has stress whether it's from work, relationships, money, health, etc. How do you deal with it? When I'm stressed out I try to temporarily cut out caffeine, try to get more sleep, and just try to relax myself, how about you?

    Shopping or chatting with friends, listen to music, sometimes reading the paper. Relaxation is a pretty personal thing and specific to the individual. Just do something you enjoy!

    Take a deep breath  and realize that you have the power to control your life. Just like everyone else! Take a moment to think about all you have been given and how lucky you are!.mediation, massage, or yoga have been known to greatly help people with stress. talk to you family, friends, work colleagues and your boss. Express your thoughts and worries.

    Another thing you could do, and it really works. Your mind is too used to the same routine, i.e, work, bills, kids, and the list goes on, or you may be too used to seeing the same people or going to the same places when you travel.

    Instead, my advice for anyone who has a problem with stress with be to put a change a course into your routine. For example, see the list below.

    1. Go to places you don't usually go, and stop going to the places you usually hang out at. The purpose here is to experience a new atmosphere of your surroundings.

    2. Scramble your activities, or rearrange your chores and responsibilities. For instance, if your schedule looks something like this: 

                                     6:15am - 7:00am shower and breakfast
                                     7:05am - 7:20am catch the morning news
                                     8:00am - 5:00pm   busy at work
                                     5:20pm - 6:00pm   family time eating out
                                     6:30pm - 7:00pm   your time at the club
                                     7:15pm - 7:40pm   visiting friends
                                     7:55pm - 8:55pm   spend time with kids
                                     9:00pm -11:00pm  surfing the internet
                                    11:15pm-11:30pm  shower before bed
                                    11:35pm- 1:00am   sex with wife
                                      1:00am - 6:00am  go to sleep
    You need to make some changes to your schedule. You might want to do something like this:

                                     6:15am - 7:00am   sex with wife
                                     7:05am - 7:20am   shower and breakfast
                                     8:00am - 5:00pm   busy at work
                                     5:20pm - 6:00pm   go to the mall
                                     6:30pm - 7:00pm   visit friends
                                     7:15pm - 7:40pm   visit the libraries
                                     7:55pm - 8:55pm   family night out
                                     9:00pm -11:00pm  extra curricular
                                    11:15pm-12:15am  surf the internet
                                    11:35pm- 1:00am   watch movies
                                      1:00am - 6:00am  go to sleep
