what was your perception of your body image when you were 16?
That I was fat with skinny arms! My self esteem was horrible!
that I was too tall and too fat I had poor body image even though I was normal weight for my height. I was taller than everyone else and even fully filled out before all the other girls but they eventually caught up and I was fine.
I think I was the same as you Mandyf, I thought I was fat but i wasn't I was blooming!
My perception was that many 16 year old girls had the same good body type as mine. I was called "the body" in the neighborhood.
