do you think a yeast infection could have anything to do with a salicylate allergy
i developed the allergy 7 year ago
Thank you for writing. Unfortunately I know nothing much about yeast infections, and I never heard of a salicylate allergy. However sometimes Google can find and answer to nearly anything. A medical doctor may be able to help you with and answer. Also a pharmacist will sometimes provide some information. Good luck on your quest for the answers. Sometimes just a call to a pharmacist can help.
Salicylates tend to cause a reaction after they build up in the body. A small amount of food may not cause a reaction, but over time, as it builds up, you may get a reaction.
For foods that do cause a reaction after a few days, you may find that you can eat them on a rotation diet. If you have these foods once every four days, you may find that you can tolerate the foods just fine.
